The staff were ACCOMMODATING and a generous breakfast was provided. Bed was amazing and the room was lovely. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was accommodating. I enjoyed my very pleasant stay.

Delightful decor, wonderful staff, exceptionally comfortable bed. Lots of perfect food. Room had a fairly clean bathroom that we loved. Incredibly comfortable location to Heritage Place. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was cosy.

Worth its 4 stars. Came in Owen Sound to relax and have fun, this hotel was good base for doing it. The room is reasonably priced. We loved having breakfast in the restaurant. In addition, free WiFi was a plus.
